Zinsser Gardz is an exceptional water-based sealer designed for porous surfaces and those prone to problems. Its unique formulation allows for deep penetration, resulting in a hard and moisture-resistant film that effectively seals and stabilizes porous, chalky, and deteriorating surfaces, as well as painted and textured finishes.
