Product Description

Farrow & Ball Shaded White No.201 is a light grey beige that takes its name from the soft tone created when many of Farrow & Ball's whites are used in deep shade. Neither too warm nor too cool, it has a gentle greyness but none of the cooler tones of Cornforth White.

One of the brand's Timeless Neutrals, Shaded White is incredibly versatile within homes both old and new. It is often used alongside lighter shades such as Pointing or Slipper Satin for a restful space, or paired with Drop Cloth for a wonderfully relaxed feel. School House White is its complementary white.

What undertone does Shaded White have?

Shaded White has a gentle greyness, but Farrow & Ball point out it has none of the cooler tones of Cornforth White. They describe it as a light grey beige that is neither too warm nor too cool, named after the soft tone their whites take on in deep shade.

Where to use Farrow & Ball Shaded White No.201

Farrow & Ball describe Shaded White as incredibly versatile within homes both old and new. Use it alongside lighter shades such as Pointing or Slipper Satin for a restful space, or pair it with Drop Cloth for a wonderfully relaxed feel.
