Farrow & Ball Casein Distemper is a traditional, breathable paint ideal for heritage properties and surfaces that require a delicate, period-appropriate finish. The paint’s natural casein binder delivers a beautifully soft, ultra-flat matt appearance with just 2% sheen, subtly enhancing surface textures and maintaining the character of older buildings.
This distemper is prized for its breathability, allowing moisture vapour to pass freely through the paint film, helping to prevent issues like blistering or trapped damp.
