Tikkurila Optiva 3 is an advanced, flat matt emulsion paint offering a highly durable and wipeable finish. Optiva 3 holds London Underground approval for sub-surface use, highlighting its robust safety and performance credentials. With Class 1 wet scrub resistance (PN-EN 13300), it withstands frequent washing without compromising its deep matt appearance.
