Repair Care Dry Flex 4 is an elastic repair compound designed for swift timber repairs and splicing, offering the convenience of being paintable after just 4 hours*. This versatile solution is exceptionally well-suited for the lasting repair of decayed and damaged wood. It enables sanding and painting on the same day, ensuring efficient project completion. The product finds its utility across a spectrum of applications, encompassing the permanent restoration of decayed or rotten wood in various structures like windows, doors, fascias/soffits, stairs, and furniture. It further serves as a remedy for swift emergency repairs, as well as for filling cracks and gaps, both for internal and external purposes.

Repair Care Dry Flex 4's features include an uncomplicated application process, boasting remarkable modelling qualities and resistance to slumping. Repaired surfaces retain a permanent, elastic quality that seamlessly accommodates the natural movement of timber, ensuring durability. A notable attribute is its abbreviated curing time, permitting sanding and painting just 4 hours after application*. Once fully cured, the product shares the attributes of wood, being receptive to planing, sawing, nailing, screwing, painting, and staining.

Repair Care Dry Flex 4's adaptability extends throughout the year, suitable for various seasons. The recommended processing temperature spans from 0 to 35ºC, catering to a range of conditions, while the optimal repair thickness ranges from 5 to 50 mm at 0 – 10ºC and 5 to 20 mm at 10 – 35ºC, providing versatility to suit different project requirements.

*Curing time based on a typical 1cm thick repair applied at 20ºC; curing times subject to temperature and humidity effects.
