Product Description
Polyvine Stone and Brick Protector is a high‑performance water‑based masonry protector and water repellent designed to safeguard porous building materials without altering their natural appearance. It penetrates deep into substrates such as stone, brickwork, plaster, slate and flagstones, forming an invisible barrier that helps repel water, moisture, grease, oil, acids, alkaline and salts. This penetration‑based protection means the surface remains dead flat and unaltered visually, maintaining the original look while being guarded against common weathering factors.
Once applied, the product’s microporous finish allows the surface to breathe — so moisture vapour can escape without trapping damp — and it helps suppress mould, fungal growth and the formation of salts on natural masonry surfaces, which can otherwise lead to staining or deterioration over time. It has ultra‑low solvents and extremely low VOCs, making it safer to use in both interior and exterior environments compared with many solvent‑heavy sealers.
