Paint & Paper Library's Pure Flat Emulsion is a luxurious, ultra-matt paint designed to deliver rich, saturated colour with exceptional depth and sophistication. With a chalky, velvety finish and a sheen level of just 2%, it creates a soft, elegant atmosphere that is particularly suited to traditional and contemporary interiors alike. The highly pigmented formula offers excellent coverage and opacity, often achieving full depth of colour in just two coats.
This emulsion is breathable due to its micro-porous composition, allowing moisture to escape from the surface beneath. This makes it especially well-suited to use in rooms prone to damp, such as snugs, studies, libraries, and older buildings with lime plaster. While beautifully matt, Pure Flat Emulsion is also wipeable and more durable than traditional distempers, giving it added practicality for modern living without compromising on aesthetic appeal.
