Product Description
Little Greene Aluminium Wood Primer is a high-performance primer specifically developed for use on new and bare wood, both indoors and out. Its aluminium-based formulation offers excellent adhesion and sealing properties, making it particularly effective for hardwoods, resinous timbers, and problematic exterior joinery such as front doors and window frames.
Thanks to its dense, metallic content, the primer forms a robust barrier that resists tannin bleed and seals knots and resins, helping to prevent staining through topcoats. It also performs well as a stain-blocking primer for surfaces that require additional protection from discolouration. This makes it an essential preparation product for ensuring a durable and blemish-free finish on woodwork subject to challenging conditions.
