Dulux Trade Durable Kitchen & Bathroom Eggshell is a durable, water-based emulsion built specifically for the two hardest-working rooms in any home. This Tinted Colour Match version is mixed to order in any of over 14,000 Dulux Trade colours, plus any Dulux Heritage, RAL or NCS shade, so you get the same mould resistance and Class 1 scrub rating in exactly the colour you need.

As this paint is mixed specifically for you, tinted orders are non-returnable once made up, so please double check your colour choice before ordering.

Specifications

Surface Preparation & Application

Surfaces should be sound, clean, dry and free from loose paint, dirt, grease or wax. New or bare surfaces should be prepared with Dulux Trade Drywall Primer Sealer, or a thinned first coat of this product. The normal finishing process is two full coats, applied by brush or roller. Spray application isn't recommended on fungicidal paints for health and safety reasons.

Mould Resistance: What It Does and Doesn't Do

The mould-resistant formulation contains a fungicide that helps prevent new mould growth within the paint film once applied. It is not a treatment for existing mould, which must be fully removed before decorating.

1. Treat: Remove existing mould fully and address the source of moisture where possible.
2. Prevent: Apply Dulux Trade Durable Kitchen & Bathroom Eggshell once the surface is clean, dry and sound.
3. Monitor: Keep the area ventilated, manage humidity levels, and check previously affected areas for signs of recurrence.
