Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec Scuff-X is a high-performance water-based coating that's designed to provide superior protection and performance for high-traffic areas in busy commercial spaces. This one-component product offers exceptional durability, cleanability, and scuff-resistant properties, surpassing those of traditional 2-component coatings. Unlike similar products, it doesn't have a strong odour, pre-mixing requirements, or short pot-life, making it easier to apply. It can withstand repeated cleaning and washing without causing any permanent damage to the paint. The matte finish is perfect for hiding surface imperfections while adding sophistication to walls.
Recommended for use in high-traffic areas of commercial spaces like hotel lobbies, school hallways, hospital waiting rooms, bathrooms and locker rooms, retail fitting rooms, cafeterias, and stairwells. It can be used on primed or previously painted drywall, plaster, wood, metal, and wallpapered surfaces.
Features include a proprietary scuff-resistant formula, washability, quick drying, great touch up, spatter resistance, easy application, low odour, medium VOC, anti-microbial additives, and soap and water clean-up. It's also available in 3,500 Benjamin Moore colours and can be finished with a matte, eggshell, satin, or semi-gloss sheen.
