For particularly absorbent surfaces, it's recommended to apply a sealing coat of thinned Armstead Trade Contract Matt, with a mixture of up to 1 part clean water to 5 parts paint. The typical finishing process involves applying 1 or 2 full coats of the product, depending on the desired coverage and finish. On average, it provides coverage of up to 15m² per litre on smooth surfaces with average porosity.
