How airless tips work (simple explanation):

How to read tip sizes (fan width + orifice):

5 × 2 = 10 inch fan width.

Orifice size (last two digits):

The last two digits show the orifice size. For example, “17” = 0.017 inch (0.43 mm).

Your actual output depends on:

• Coating viscosity (thicker coatings = less flow).

Important: Never exceed your sprayer’s maximum recommended tip size.
