Product Description
Graco Contractor Airless Spray Gun Filters
Keep your airless sprayer running clean and your finish looking sharp with genuine Graco Easy-Out Contractor gun filters. Available in Grey 30 mesh, Black 60 mesh and Blue 100 mesh, these filters are designed to catch dirt and contaminants before they reach the tip, helping to reduce blockages, minimise tip clogs and improve spray pattern consistency for a smoother, more professional result.
In a standard airless setup, paint passes through three stages of filtration: inlet filter ? pump filter ? gun filter. The gun filter is the final and finest stage, protecting the tip from the smallest particles, exactly where filtration makes the biggest difference to finish quality and downtime.
Choose the right mesh for your material:
Mesh refers to how fine the filter is: the higher the mesh number, the finer the filtration.
- 30 Mesh (Grey) – Best for heavy coatings such as heavy latex/block filler and elastomeric coatings. Minimal flow restriction with least amount of filtration.
- 60 Mesh (Black) – Best for thicker coatings such as emulsion/latex, primers and heavier paints. Helps maintain flow while still catching debris that causes tip blockages.
- 100 Mesh (Blue) – Best for thinner materials such as stains, lacquers and fine-finish coatings. Finer filtration for cleaner atomisation and a better finish on lighter products.
Key benefits:
- Improves finish quality by preventing debris in the spray pattern.
- Reduces tip clogs and downtime on site.
- Helps protect the tip and gun from unwanted particles.
- Simple, effective upgrade for more consistent spraying.
If you’re unsure which mesh to use for your coating, a simple rule of thumb is: heavy coatings = 30 mesh, thicker paint = 60 mesh, thinner finish = 100 mesh.
