Brushmate Service Pack T20

The Brush Mate Service Pack for Trade 20 is a set of replacement components designed to keep your wet‑paint brush storage unit functioning effectively over time. As the internal parts of a Brush Mate Trade 20 system wear with use, vapour flow can become less efficient and clips and mats can degrade. Regular servicing — typically every 6–12 months depending on usage — helps maintain the internal vapour environment so brushes stay soft and workable between sessions.

This maintenance pack includes a drip mat, a vapour panel with an absorbent surface for the Brushmate fluid, and a set of replacement brush clips that hold brush handles in place within the storage unit. These parts refresh the system’s ability to generate the solvent‑rich vapour that prevents paint on brushes from drying or skinning over, prolongs brush life and helps avoid bent bristles and rusting ferrules when brushes are stored between coats or over days.
