Product description

GK Concentrated Fungicidal Wash is a unique “Decorators Mate”, designed for cleaning and sanitizing internal or external hard substrates prior to decoration.

GK Concentrated Fungicidal Wash is self-neutralising so requires no washing down, allows the dilution to evaporate naturally – Surfaces are ready for paint application once dried. No waiting, no rinsing.

GK CFW is a broad-spectrum, surface biocide, for professional use against fungal and algal growths on hard surfaces.

Users must comply in full with all legal responsibilities under The Control of Biocides Regulations 1986 including complying with all Conditions of Approval.

 

APPLICATION:

Remove dirt or grease deposits and any flaking or loosely attached surface coatings.

Scrape off mosses, lichens, mould or algae growths or use a stiff brush.

The remaining spores will then be killed by washing down with one or two applications of Fungicidal Wash.

Always carry out a test first to ensure the finished result is acceptable.

Do not mix with other products.

Application by brush roller or spray.

Dilute as follows: Add 1 litre GKCFS to 4 litres water (Creating 5 Litres of usable solution).

Apply in dry conditions.

Allow the solution to evaporate dry for the treatment to be fully effective.

A further application may be required for heavily infected surfaces.

Results are affected if rain occurs within 12 hours or below 8ºC.

Leave to evaporate naturally, this is a NO-RINSE FORMULA

Whilst applying appropriate PPE should be worn, we recommend protective gloves and eye protection/face protection as a minimum requirement.

 

COVERAGE:

Apply 1 litre of diluted product per 6-8 square metres by brush, spray or sponge. Very absorbent surfaces may require more. Apply diluted as necessary.

 

STORAGE:

24 months from the date of manufacture in the original unopened container in a clean, dry area. Do not store below 5⁰C
