Barrettine White Knotting

Barrettine White Knotting is a clear and translucent solution designed to be applied beneath oils, varnishes, and lighter-hued paints. It's an alternative when the application of Patent Knotting might lead to faint markings. However, certain water-based products might not adhere well to White Knotting. It's recommended to test compatibility on a spare piece of material before full-scale use.

Please be aware that if knots are releasing excessive resin, it's advisable to extract them and replace with solid timber or an appropriate filler. Always conduct a preliminary test to ensure its compatibility with the intended paints.
