Unfortunately, we are not able to accept the return of any paint that has been especially mixed in-store for the customer, unless the product is deemed to be faulty. We cannot accept a return or process a refund if the customer changes their mind about the colour or feels that they have purchased the incorrect paint finish.
'BOUGHT TO ORDER' GOODS:
We can only accept the return of 'bought to order goods' if the manufacturer/supplier will take the product back off Rabart. If it is not their policy to accept the return of goods, we will not be able to assist. Customers should be aware that manufactorers/suppliers will often charge for the return of such goods and it is the customer's responsibility to pay this.
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY:
Customers should be advised that we will only accept the return of goods purchased within the last 28 days.
We will only accept the return of goods in a resalable condition and a receipt must be provided to evidence proof of purchase within the last 28 days.
